Crazy Garden

I can't believe how our garden has taken off! Right now in this garden, we have tomatoes (like CRAZY) and cantaloupe plants. So if you need tomatoes, we are your go-to! Seriously I think I may have to make/freeze tomato sauce before it's all said & done!

Crazy town! They're taking over!

And the boys enjoying the fruit of their labor. ;) They were so excited the other morning to find RED tomatoes, and asked if they could eat it. I know, my kids are NOT normal! Eating a plain tomato? What kid does that?? It actually warms my heart...:)

Ryan was so excited to find a baby cantaloupe hidden away! Last year we ended up with awesome melons that were the strangest thing! Looked like honey-dew, tasted like cantaloupe & were SUPER sweet. (I'm sure my husband would tell me there's a name for them, like honey-loupe, canta-dew? Idk :)
Anyway, I love how the boys love gardening with Mike! They get so involved in it all, and I think it's neat for them to learn about these things! I'll have to do a post soon of all the things they've planted at the farm. Mike went tree-crazy out there...more to come.

Wow looks great! Who knew boys could be so in to gardening. We have the same thing happening here, it is alittle embarrassing that Eli knows more then me but I love that they love to garden with their dad too. Love to watch boys copy their daddies it is to sweet!! My guys picked and ate RED tomatoes this week too. To funny. Something else Eli and Michael can have in common :)
